Crestwood Behavioral Health is seeking a Program Director in California to lead and coordinate the rehabilitation program. You will ensure adherence to policy, procedures, and timely reporting, guiding the program toward recovery-focused outcomes.

The role requires regulatory knowledge, a bachelor’s degree or nursing/clinical licensure, and prior mental health program development experience. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position with competitive pay and benefits.

The Program Director directs and coordinates the rehabilitation program. The Program Director ensures compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program and the timely completion of respective reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Must meet regulatory educational standards.
• Bachelor's degree and/or licensed nurse/licensed clinician. The program director shall also have at least two (2) years of experience or training in a mental health setting, one year of which shall include experience or training in program development for persons with severe and persistent mental disabilities.
• Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-5, psycho-social rehabilitation, and recovery principles.
• Familiarity with applicable regulatory requirements.

Freise Hope House, a Crisis Residential Treatment (CRT) Program, provides a voluntary, short-term, safe place to land for guests experiencing a psychiatric crisis. Our guests are greeted into a warm, homelike environment, and we provide them with a variety of recovery-based tools such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Wellness Recovery Action Plans (WRAP), and Trauma-Informed Approaches to help them manage their symptoms and develop skills to live effectively in the community.

Salary

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.

Pay Range: $85,000—$96,000 USD
