Leading a talented team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care
Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and other departments to ensure interdisciplinary care plans are developed and implemented
Maintaining accurate records and reports, including patient assessments, care plans, and treatment progress
Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as accreditation standards
Participating in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve patient outcomes and patient satisfaction
Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including orientation, training, and professional development
Develop and manage the nursing budget, ensuring cost-effective and efficient operations
Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and retention of nursing staff
Foster open communication and collaboration among nursing staff, other departments, and physicians
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality care and patient safety
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve patient outcomes and patient satisfaction
Maintain confidentiality and uphold patient rights and dignity
Experience in a nursing leadership role
Current RN licensure in the state of Massachusetts
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards
