RegalCare at Greenfield in the Greater Boston Area is seeking a dedicated Director of Nursing Services (DON) to lead our clinical team in a well-respected SNF. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, clinical expertise, and a passion for providing high-quality care to our residents.

The DON will oversee nursing operations, mentor staff, drive QA initiatives, collaborate with physicians and families, and ensure regulatory compliance to deliver resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Massachusetts, in good standing.
• 3-5 years of nursing leadership experience in SNF/long-term care.
• Proven track record in staff management, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Passion for resident-centered care and team development.
