Job summary

Avenue at Broadview Heights is seeking a strong Director of Nursing to lead our nursing department and uphold high standards of resident care. If you are a licensed RN with leadership experience and a passion for long‑term care, we’d love to hear from you!

The DON will supervise the nursing team, develop care policies, oversee individualized plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality outcomes in a supportive, family-like setting.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license; BSN preferred.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a physically active environment.
