Qualifications

• RN license current in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Management experience in a nursing home preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and support the Director of Nursing.
• Assess resident care needs and oversee care programs.
• Ensure compliance with nursing policies and regulations.
• Conduct rounds, address concerns, and lead quality assurance efforts.
• Manage staffing, training, and performance evaluations.
• Participate in budgeting and resource planning.
• Represent the nursing department in the DON’s absence.
