Job summary

Centerstone, a leading nonprofit behavioral health system in Florida, seeks a Director of Nursing to lead nursing services across hospital and outpatient settings. You will oversee staffing, compliance, budgeting, and clinical outcomes while mentoring staff and promoting a patient-centered safety culture.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Nursing, RN licensure, 5+ years clinical experience with 3+ years in management, and psychiatric experience. APRN acceptable; addictions experience preferred.

• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 3 years in management.
• 6 months' psychiatric experience required; addictions experience preferred.
