The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field and licensure (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LCAC). Strong documentation, assessment, and evidence-based practices are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field required.
• Licensed as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCAC.
• Experience in behavioral health is preferred; evidence-based interventions are valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services including evaluation and psychotherapy for adults, adolescents, and children.
• Complete assessments (ANSA/CANS) and reassessments on time.
• Document clinical work within 24 hours and maintain treatment plans.

Come talk to us about joining the Centerstone team!JOB DESCRIPTION:SUMMARY OF POSITIONProvide clinical services consistent with established guidelines for best practice interventions, including evaluation, individual, group, family, or couple’s psychotherapy for adults, adolescents and children seen in one’s service area.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain necessary communications and reporting with referral sources and other involved parties as approved by client.Maintain effective working relationships with the clinical teamMaintain timely/accurate clinical records in accordance with organization policies.Maintain effective relationships with Community referral sources.Participate in the development and implementation of quality clinical practices.Complete all assessments, including ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments on time.Complete clinical documentation within 24 hours of the service provided.Complete treatment plans and other clinical service authorizations in a timely manner.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIESEffectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.Provide excellent customer service to individuals seeking our services.Utilization and knowledge of evidenced based interventions.QUALIFICATIONSEducation LevelMaster’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field is required.Obtain and maintain CANS/ANSA CertificationYears of ExperienceThree to five years’ experience in behavioral health environment is preferred.
