Job summary

Centerstone seeks a licensed clinical supervisor to coordinate, develop, market, organize, and manage designated program areas. The role includes clinical supervision of staff and interns, ensuring compliance with standards, and delivering outpatient counseling using evidence-based approaches.

You will conduct intake, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans while coordinating with internal teams and external resources.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in human services required.
  • Clinical license required. SAS staff must have certification or licensure within the required time frame mandated by DASA (or within 2 years of hire).

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical supervision and consultation to clinicians and interns.
  • Assist with training new staff and practicum students.
  • Conduct outpatient counseling using evidence-based methods; provide individual, group, and family therapy.
  • Develop client treatment plans and monitor progress; update plans and complete medical reviews as needed.
  • Perform intake assessments and write assessment summaries.
  • Coordinate with care teams and external resources; maintain referrals and communication.
  • Assist with discharge planning and follow-up services.
  • Attend staff meetings and participate in quality assurance activities.

Assists in assuring compliance with standards, regulations, and laws. Provides and promotes outstanding internal and external customer service.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESProvides clinical supervision and consultation to clinicians and interns/practicum students, as assigned to assure quality of services. Assists with training new staff/Interns/practicum students.Make necessary decisions in the absence of Clinical Manager to assure program continuity. Act in consultation with other Managers and Director as needed.Provides outpatient counseling services utilizing evidence-based methodologies to provide excellent clinical services. Prepares for and conducts individual, group, and family therapy for assigned caseload.Assists clients in developing an individualized treatment plan, must be person centered, family centered, and service centered. Monitors client progress in treatment and participates in treatment plan reviews as assigned. Updates treatment plans as appropriate. Submits treatment plans at all stages for medical review, if applicable.Conducts intake for clients entering services, including explaining services, gathering information needed on intake materials, ensuring service recipient understands all forms, assuring signature on appropriate contracts and consents, and submitting materials for processing, as assigned. Conducts assessments and write assessment summaries, as assigned.Assists clients with making linkages with internal and external resources as outlined in treatment plan and in coordination with Integrated Healthcare Services. Maintains appropriate contact with referral sources including providing information on client progress, behavior, and needs (with appropriate releases), and maintaining ongoing consultation when appropriate.Assists client in making discharge plans and provide follow up services as assigned.Attends staff meetings, clinical staffings, and other internal meetings as assigned. Participates on committees as assigned, including quality assurance functions.
