Join us as we open a new community! We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team at The Heights of Magnolia, opening Summer 2025. Who We’re Looking For

• Current RN license with at least 3 years of experience as a Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing facility (SNF).
• Proven compliance with state and federal regulations, with in-depth knowledge of the CMS 5-Star Quality Rating System, and success in achieving positive clinical outcomes.
• A natural leader who enjoys teaching, mentoring, and inspiring clinical staff.
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a history of fostering teamwork and success.
