Job summary

ENERCON seeks a Director, Components, Piping & CAD to lead our components, piping and CAD organizations supporting Commercial Nuclear, New Nuclear, and Federal Nuclear programs. This role provides strategic direction and oversight of engineering, design and CAD services.

You will develop leaders, drive safety, quality and schedule, plan capacity across three markets, champion digital engineering and 3D modeling, and collaborate with business leaders, project management and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil/Structural, Nuclear, or related Engineering.
• PE license preferred.
• 15+ years of engineering/design experience in regulated industries.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing engineering, design, or multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in component engineering, piping engineering, piping design, plant design/layout, CAD, or 3D modeling.
• Experience with workforce planning and talent development.
• Willingness to travel overnight.

• Lead the Components, Piping, and CAD organizations with strategic direction.
• Develop managers and technical leaders; build talent pipeline.
