ENERCON is seeking a Director, Components, Piping & CAD to lead our components, piping, and CAD operations across Commercial Nuclear, New Nuclear, and Federal Nuclear businesses. This leadership role provides strategic direction and oversight for engineering teams and multidisciplinary CAD/design services.

The Director ensures performance, capacity, and long-term capability, aligning people, tools, processes and technical standards to deliver complex nuclear projects across clients nationwide.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree required in Mechanical, Civil/Structural, Nuclear, or related Engineering discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive engineering and/or design experience, preferably in nuclear/power/federal facilities.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience managing engineering/design organizations.
• Experience in component engineering, piping engineering/design, CAD, and 3D modeling.

• Lead Components, Piping, and CAD organizations with strategic direction and long-range capability plans.
• Develop and mentor managers and technical leaders; build talent pipelines.
• Drive performance with focus on safety, quality, schedule and budget; ensure effective execution of engineering and CAD activities.
• Plan workforce capacity across three nuclear markets and align staffing with current and future projects.
• Champion 3D modeling, digital engineering, and integrated design practices across the organization.
• Collaborate with commercial nuclear, new nuclear, federal nuclear leaders and operations to align resources with project priorities.
