Job summary

Web Industries, Inc. seeks a Director of Operations North America to provide strategic and operational leadership across manufacturing facilities supporting Aerospace, Medical, Industrial and Consumer markets in Marlborough, MA.

You will lead NA Plant Managers, drive safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost improvements, and establish an enterprise-wide operating rhythm that aligns with customer, regulatory, and business requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Operations, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing and operations leadership.
• 5+ years leading multiple facilities / Plant Managers.
• Strong financial acumen with plant budgets and costs.
• Proven track record improving safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Plant Managers across multiple sites.
• Establish operating rhythm and performance metrics.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements.
• Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Quality, Finance.
• Ensure contracts compliance and government contract work.
