Web Industries is seeking a Director of Operations, NA, to provide strategic and operational leadership across our manufacturing footprint for Aerospace, Medical, Industrial, and Consumer markets.

You will oversee Plant Managers, drive safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost control, and capacity. Strong cross-functional collaboration and a focus on continuous improvement across sites will be essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Proven track record in multi-site operations leadership.
• Experience in aerospace/medical/manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to Plant Managers across multiple facilities.
• Establish operating rhythms, KPIs, and accountability for safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement and staffing development across sites.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements for major markets.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align manufacturing with business objectives.
