CesiumAstro, Inc. is seeking a Director of Business Development to grow its national security portfolio in the US. The role focuses on marketing, sales, and developing business opportunities with government customers in the DoD and Intelligence communities from its Washington, DC base.

The candidate should have deep aerospace electronics sales experience, exceptional organization, and strong communication skills. A TS/SCI clearance and U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related discipline (Electrical or Computer Engineering preferred).
• Master's degree in a technical discipline or business/management desired.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant business development experience in space or aerospace.
• Experience leading new business capture activities and writing/classified proposals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the DOD & Intelligence aerospace telecommunications market potential and trends.
• Identify opportunities, write and submit RFI and RFP responses.
• Visit existing and potential customers and interface with engineering to address market gaps.
• Lead strategic planning and roadmaps for the company and drive top-line revenue growth.
