Auror is seeking a Director of Customer Success to lead North America, building a high-impact CS function across the region. You will work with executives, shape strategy, and drive adoption into revenue outcomes.

You will develop leaders, manage the NA CS Lead and team, and partner with Sales and Retail Partnerships to align customer success with growth. This role requires a hands-on, commercially minded leader who thrives in a dynamic SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Enterprise CS or Account Management teams in SaaS at director level or higher.
• Ability to align CS with revenue goals and drive commercial outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior executives and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Own the NA CS strategy, structure, and metrics.
• Lead the NA CS Lead and team; coach and develop leaders.
• Set performance bar and drive accountability with the team.
• Turn customer insights into product and roadmap influence.
• Represent NA CS in regional GTM strategy with leadership.
