Job summary

Stop N Stor Self Storage is seeking an experienced operations leader to take full ownership of day-to-day operations across 14 locations in Georgia and South Carolina. This on-site role requires travel to stores about 40-50% and reports to the Vice President.

You will oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management, build SOPs, and drive occupancy, revenue, and customer experience. Strong leadership, analytics, and PMS familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations management and 3+ years of leadership experience overseeing 10+ properties.
• Experience leading teams across multiple locations, including remote teams.
• Experience hiring, training and developing store or area managers.
• 2+ years of P&L and customer service leadership experience.
• Strong KPI, data-driven decision making and operational reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all 14 locations across GA and SC.
• Own portfolio performance: occupancy, revenue, collections, customer experience, staffing, standards.
• Coach area managers and hold them accountable for store results.
• Develop corrective actions for underperforming stores and ensure improvements.
• Lead onboarding and integration of new acquisitions and stores.
