Extra Space Storage is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations at one or more self-storage locations in Columbus, GA. You’ll lead customer interactions, drive unit rentals and upsell supplies, and ensure cleanliness and safety standards.

The role emphasizes in-person and phone sales, cash handling, budgeting, and routine administrative tasks, with a focus on building client relationships and maintaining an outstanding facility. A driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Leadership experience preferred but not required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to identify storage needs and provide solutions.
• Maximize unit rentals through effective sales and upselling moving supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across the site, inside and surrounding areas.
• Perform daily site safety checks and address billing, security, and delinquent accounts as needed.
• Handle cash transactions, balance receipts, and complete daily deposits.
• Oversee routine administrative tasks (auction files, store budgets, and deposits) and support teammates.
