Job summary

Caris Life Sciences seeks a Director - Molecular Science Liaisons to establish and lead a national MSL team communicating the value of Caris Molecular Intelligence to physicians and researchers. The role centers on face-to-face engagements with clinicians and KOLs to advance oncology insights.

You will build and execute training plans, manage field activities, and present data at sites and national conferences, driving education and market awareness across regions.

Qualifications

• Ph.D., PharmD, or MD in a relevant biological science.
• Minimum of 3 years in management.
• Experience in commercial Pharma or lab space is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the MSL team and manage day-to-day operations.
• Develop national staffing plans and training/enabling strategies.
• Present clinical data to physicians, scientists, and key opinion leaders.
• Coordinate regional and national meetings, tradeshows, and pitches.
• Ensure MSLs maintain current scientific knowledge and respond to inquiries.
• Collaborate with Sales, POA, and Marketing to support initiatives.
• Stay abreast of oncology literature to support customer engagement.
