This leadership role guides clinical services, coordinates multi-disciplinary staff, and ensures strengths-based, community-focused crisis response. The ideal candidate holds a master’s degree in social work or counseling with licensure (LICSW/LMHC), at least four years of clinical experience and two in supervision, plus a valid driver’s license.

The ideal candidate for the Director of MCI is a licensed behavioral health professional with substantial supervisory experience in crisis services. They will bring strong clinical leadership, a deep understanding of mental health systems and services, and the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams in delivering strengths-based, community-oriented care. The candidate must demonstrate excellent communication, crisis management, and system coordination skills to ensure seamless service delivery.
