As a Clinical Supervisor, you will coordinate and oversee staff serving adults in facility and community settings. Supervision will entail side‑by‑side interventions, encouraging evidence‑based treatment and support.This position is embedded withinEliot’s Homeless Services Division and involves working in a permanent supportive housing program serving individuals who have experienced homelessness. The Clinical Supervisor will support staff in addressing the complex behavioral health and social needs of residents while helping the team provide effective, trauma‑informed, and recovery‑oriented services.
