Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, or related field and 5 years’ experience in merchandising management, buying, financial planning, operations, or related area.
• OR 7 years’ experience in merchandising management, buying, financial planning, operations, or related area.
• 2 years’ supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category and merchandising strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Lead and manage a high-performing team with development and oversight.
• Oversee pricing, promotion, and assortment decisions aligned with insights and analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize supply chain, vendor relationships, and inventory management.
• Utilize data analytics to inform decisions and improve operations across channels.
• Manage budgeting and profit & loss for assigned categories.
• Drive supplier negotiations and ensure policy compliance.
