Job summary

The University of Denver's Kennedy Mountain Campus, within the Wellness & Recreation department, seeks a Manager of Membership & Operations to lead daily operations at the Daniel L. Ritchie Center and James C. Kennedy Mountain Campus, elevating customer experience and system integrity.

You will oversee RecTrac, parking and access systems, payments, reporting, and process improvements. A data-informed approach and collaborative mindset are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year of experience in accounting/finance/business administration and/or computing systems or equivalent.
• CPR; First Aid; AED; Blood Borne Pathogen; Concussion Training

Responsibilities

• Lead department-wide systems, technology, and operational infrastructure.
• Oversee membership and locker rental transactions and renewals.
• Support month-end/quarter-end close and reporting with accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor revenue/expenditures and ensure internal controls and risk management.
