The role emphasizes strategic execution, detail orientation, and marketing the benefits of membership.

The position supports chapter relations, reports, dues processing, and database troubleshooting using MemberSuite, with telecommuting options and a strong focus on customer service

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in association management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with MemberSuite AMS a plus.
• Exceptional customer service attitude.
• Positive, team-player attitude.

Aufgaben

• Oversee creation and management of membership recruitment and retention programs.
• Identify member database improvements and improve reporting systems and user experience.
• Manage membership applications and coordinate processing to ensure timely actions.
• Prepare monthly dues billing and send reminders and special invoices.
• Manage the FireArson.com website and coordinate updates with third-party webmaster.
