Job summary

Mercy Health – Lourdes Physicians Service LLC seeks a Director of Operations, Medical Group for Surgical Services in Paducah, KY. You will oversee clinical programs, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement across nine service lines with ~40 FTEs, guiding practice managers and leaders to align with ministry goals.

Responsibilities include revenue cycle, strategic planning, talent development and project management, ensuring high-quality, efficient care and engaging with multiple levels

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• 5 years in physician practice management with increasing responsibilities.
• Strong budgeting and financial management experience.
