Qualifications

• Strong foundation in systems engineering disciplines (electrical, mechanical, biomedical and software).
• Experience delivering highly complex, high‑reliability medical device systems in regulated environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional, matrixed teams and drive alignment with business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead, build, and scale a high‑performing Systems Engineering organization, including hiring and leadership development.
• Define system architecture strategy and ensure portfolio differentiation across ENT platforms.
• Own system‑level requirements and architecture across therapy delivery systems, devices, and accessories.
• Drive DRM application and best practices across R&D functions; mentor engineering talent.
