Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; ABET/EAC accredited.
• PE license in the United States with active NCEES record.
• 15+ years mechanical engineering experience; senior leadership preferred.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, controls, and building systems in architectural projects.
• Proven leadership in workload management, budgeting, and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Mechanical Engineering department to align with Raymond’s goals.
• Forecast staffing needs based on active projects, proposals, and BD opportunities.
• Assign personnel to projects and monitor utilization for productive workload.
• Provide senior mechanical engineering expertise on HVAC, plumbing, and controls.
• Review drawings, calculations, and reports for quality and compliance.
• Oversee project planning, budgets, scopes, and proposals; support business development.
