Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from ABET/EAC program.
• 13+ to 16+ years of experience with appropriate degree combinations.
• Licensed PE in the United States or active NCEES record.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and building systems.
• Ability to lead teams and manage complex budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical and plumbing system design for architectural projects.
• Serve as technical lead on large and complex projects.
• Review drawings, calculations, specs, and reports.
• Mentor junior engineers and designers.
• Direct AutoCAD and Revit production with constructability reviews.
• Prepare engineering narratives and conduct calculations.
