Our client, a law firm based in Newark NJ, seeks an experienced Marketing and Business Development Coordinator with law firm experience to join their team.

Main Responsibilities Include:

• Managing the Firm’s Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, including data quality,

Additional Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting with CRM training.

• Learning and utilizing Concep and other software tools as needed to support the distribution

of digital marketing campaigns.

• Assisting with the Firm’s website, social media accounts, and blogs.

• Assisting with editing various marketing materials.

• Collaborating with the marketing/business development team members and performing other

duties as assigned.

Specific Requirements:

• Superior aptitude for detail and accuracy while exhibiting a high degree of critical thinking.

• Excellent communication and client service skills.

• Strong work ethic.

• Must work well under pressure and be a self-starter, problem-solver, proactive thinker, and

team player.

• Diplomacy, tact, and ability to maintain confidentiality are required.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related discipline.

• 2-4+ years of marketing and/or business development experience. Law firm experience required.

Salary: $75,000 to $85,000

Monday to Friday (1 day remote after 30 days)
