The Senior Coordinator, Partnership Marketing (Operations) will be responsible for overseeing the delivery and execution of partner specific marketing contractual assets and programs inclusive of match day and strategic platforms which are both on-site and/or virtual. This is a temporary position beginning on or about July 21, 2025 through on or about October 6, 2025 (with potential for extension).
Primary Responsibilities
- Work with Senior Director, Partnership Marketing (Operations) on day-to-day tasks of partner programs.
- Coordinate PM Operations strategy to support the PM Account teams in delivering value and increasing revenue potential.
- Lead PM Operations planning and fulfillment for key events and platforms including but not limited to: Leagues Cup, Mexican National Team and Major League Soccer matches.
- Support the day-to-day delivery and execution of partner specific marketing assets (TV-visible signage, experiential, virtual executions, unique experiences, hospitality and promotions). Work closely with MLS Clubs and venue partners as it relates to these assets around Leagues Cup.
- Represent PM Ops interests in internal meetings for MLS/SUM events and liaise with key internal constituents.
- Maintain weekly status reports and provide timely recaps following internal and external meetings.
- Assist in management of consultants and agencies who support PM Operations (on-site operations agency, LED and signage vendor, etc.).
- Liaise with MLS Club Services to manage matters which impact both League and Clubs (i.e. commercial inventory for nationally broadcast matches).
- Assist in management of commercial inventory of signage and maintain a strong understanding of club signage, both fixed and digital.
- Monitor PM Ops budgets, with a focus on net budget impact.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Education and Experience- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 3+ years of experience required
Qualifications
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- Strong event planning and execution skills.
- Tireless work ethic and passion to make a difference within the soccer marketing industry.
- High-level of commitment to a quality work product and organizational ethics, integrity and compliance.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team-environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Ability to travel and to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Desired Skills
- Knowledge of the sport of soccer preferred.
- Ability to conduct job functions in both English and Spanish preferred.
Total Rewards
Starting compensation $30.00 - $32.00/hour; 40 hours/week. MLS/SUM compensation is contingent upon several factors including individual qualifications, market financials, and operational business needs.
