Job summary

FNBO is seeking a Director of Marketing Analytics in Omaha to lead the Partnership Marketing analytics function. You will translate data assets, predictive models, and BI reports into actionable campaigns across direct mail and account management, driving CPA improvements and portfolio growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in marketing analytics, data science, or related analytics role.
• Experience in financial services, credit card, or consumer lending marketing analytics is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to translate data, models, and reports into marketing strategies that improve CPA, response rates, and portfolio growth.
• Experience designing and executing DM targeting, acquisition, and account management programs.
• Experience with test-and-learn design, statistical analysis, and communicating results to business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical support for partnership marketing campaigns and targeting.
• Translate model outputs into practical campaign inputs and audience prioritization.
• Collaborate with analytics and data science teams on next-best-action and next-best-offer applications.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior marketing and PDM leadership.
