Job summary

Laborde Products Inc. is seeking a Service Director – Commercial Marine Power to lead service operations across three locations. You will oversee Service Managers, Technical Services, Field Technicians, and Shop Technicians to deliver exceptional customer support and high-quality service outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in marine service leadership, strong coaching ability, and a proven track record of improving processes while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of service leadership in marine, diesel, heavy equipment, or field services.
• Multi-site leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Proven coaching and managerial experience with teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee three service locations to ensure high-quality diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.
• Standardize service processes, warranty handling, and OEM-compliant procedures across locations.
• Manage service KPIs including turnaround time, utilization, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Engineering, Parts, and Safety for planning and execution.
