Qualifications

• 10-15+ years combined industry and consulting experience with 4+ years in manufacturing/distribution.
• Experience with private equity sponsors and portfolio companies.
• Deep expertise in manufacturing operations, supply chain, SI&OP, footprint optimization, plant consolidation and product transfer.
• Proven track record with C-suite executives and PE deal/operating partners.
• Previous advisory experience from top-tier firms or Big-4; MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand target's manufacturing and distribution operations including organization design, capacity, efficiency, planning and warehousing.
• Evaluate maintainability and operability of production facilities.
• Review data to understand efficiency, capacity, equipment conditions and maintenance.
• Provide shop floor insights by talking with employees and reviewing data.
• Identify cost-improvement opportunities through lean improvements or outsourcing.
• Develop transformation plans, identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
• Oversee quality of deliverables and manage the team and client relationships for exceptional performance.
