Responsibilities

• Set long-term direction for manufacturing and translate goals into actionable roadmaps.
• Advance manufacturing operating system and cross-functional alignment across plant sites.
• Develop leaders, succession planning, and capability building.
• Lead safety, quality, cost, OEE, throughput and capital planning initiatives.
