Job summary

Weaver Popcorn Manufacturing in Van Buren, IN is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a single-shift production area, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time production. You will own shift execution, develop the team, and model the Weaver Culture in daily actions.

Responsibilities include enforcing safety protocols, managing line efficiency, coaching line Leads, coordinating with Maintenance/Quality, and reporting shift KPIs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and understand English and perform duties safely.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably food/CPG.
• Strong understanding of food safety, quality standards, and production KPIs.
• Effective communicator with solid decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety protocols and SOPs across all shift operations; goal is zero OSHA recordables.
• Empower team members to own food safety and product integrity; ensure GMPs and sanitation standards are met.
• Manage line efficiency through proactive planning of materials and staffing.
• Lead daily pre-shift meetings; coach and develop line Leads and team members.
• Document downtime and shift reports with clear root-cause and responsible parties.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Sanitation, and Quality teams for seamless operations.
