Job summary

Weaver Popcorn Manufacturing LLC in Van Buren, Indiana, seeks a Director of Manufacturing to shape strategy, systems, and leadership across our processing operations with ~10% travel. Responsibilities include safety, quality, OEE, throughput, and cost improvement, while aligning with Supply Chain, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Food Safety, and HR.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-site or system-level manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, operating systems, and continuous-improvement governance.
• Proven ability to set manufacturing strategies, build capability, and develop leaders.
• Proven experience in food or consumer packaged goods manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set long-term direction for manufacturing and translate goals into an actionable roadmap.
• Advance the operating system to connect people, processes, and performance.
• Develop plant leaders and strengthen succession plans for key operations roles.
• Lead capital planning, automation, safety, and cost-improvement initiatives.
