• Must read, write, and understand English to perform duties safely.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably food/CPG.
• Strong understanding of food safety, quality standards, and production KPIs.
• Effective communicator with solid decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsabilidades

• Enforce safety protocols and SOPs across all shift operations.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the production floor.
• Own food safety, GMPs, allergen control and sanitation standards.
• Manage line efficiency and staffing to meet production goals.
• Coach and develop line leads and team members; conduct performance reviews.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and support cross-training.
• Report downtime and KPI data; coordinate with maintenance and quality.
• Drive continuous improvement through WME/AMD initiatives.
