Job summary

Commonwealth Fusion Systems is seeking a Director of Manufacturing, Operations & Supply Chain Finance to lead our operations finance team across multiple plants. You will partner with operations leaders to optimize capital, inventory, and cost performance while shaping the site finance function.

The role reports to the VP FP&A and requires a blend of deep manufacturing finance expertise and executive presence to influence strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement across the business.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in manufacturing and operations finance.
• Ability to influence strategy and manage manufacturing costs.
• Proven leadership of finance teams across multiple plants.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations finance across manufacturing sites.
• Oversee planning, reporting, inventory, capital investment.
