Job summary

Rise Modular, LLC seeks a Director of Manufacturing Support Services to lead Safety & Training, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and Continuous Improvement. The role requires hands-on leadership on the factory floor, translating data into action, establishing scalable processes, and aligning supplier, production, and quality activities to improve safety, quality, and productivity.

The position reports to the COO and collaborates with Manufacturing and Design Integration to sustain operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Significant leadership experience in manufacturing/operations.
• Strong knowledge of CI, root-cause analysis, standard work, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Safety & Workforce Training programs and incident tracking.
• Oversee Supply Chain strategy: procurement, inventory, supplier performance.
• Steer Quality Assurance through non-conformance and corrective actions.
• Drive Continuous Improvement and cross-functional problem solving.
• Lead Operational Excellence across QA, Supply Chain, Safety & Training, and SOP development.
