Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in fundraising events and donor relations.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours during campaigns.
• Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiating skills and budget consciousness.
• Commitment to inclusive, stigma-free, people-first communication.
• Deep understanding of LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of concepts and formats for signature events.
• Strategize, plan, and execute events to maximize revenue and visibility.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting for events.
• Coordinate with staff, volunteers, and external partners.
• Oversee vendor management, scripting, awards, and program content.
