Job summary

The role collaborates across Development and Communications teams to craft fundraising content, manage donor journeys, and drive segmentation, while maintaining GMHC's voice and mission across channels and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in fundraising, marketing, or nonprofit communications.
• Proven ability to manage teams and deliver projects.
• Strong writing and editorial skills; ability to write for fundraising and organizational content.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute direct mail and digital fundraising campaigns.
• Develop donor journeys and segmentation.
• Coordinate with communications for brand alignment.
• Support GMHC events and donor receptions.
• Lead evaluation of campaigns and report outcomes.
