Job summary

Focused Post Acute Care Partners FPACP is seeking a Maintenance Director for Hogan Park in Midland, TX. The role oversees maintenance programs, grounds upkeep, and vehicle/equipment management to support safe resident care. Experience in facility maintenance and adherence to regulations is valued.

The position involves coordinating trades, safety inspections, and maintaining logs and records to ensure high standards of operation in a care-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with verbal and written instructions in English.
• Ability to identify maintenance problems, plan and follow through to their solution in a timely manner.
• In depth understanding of physical plant maintenance requirements.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of state and federal guidelines.
• Prefer experience in estimating maintenance and repair costs.

Responsibilities

• To assure resident safety.
• May perform plumbing, electrical and carpentry duties as needed.
• Direct or supervise maintenance contracts or other outside contract work.
• Directs or performs duties related to grounds, parking lots, driveways, sidewalks, security, etc.
• Directs or performs duties related to transportation and maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
• Develops, implements and maintains site-specific maintenance logs and equipment records.
• Coordinate annual fire safety inspections with local fire department and address deficiencies.
• Promote safe work practices and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain tools and machinery in good condition and use them safely.
