FPACP Huntsville LLC in Huntsville, TX is seeking a Maintenance Director to plan, organize, direct and evaluate our maintenance program across the facility. You will oversee plumbing, electrical, carpentry, heating and cooling systems, grounds, and fleet, ensuring reliable operations and resident safety.

The role requires strong English communication, problem solving, and knowledge of building codes and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Communicate effectively in English (verbal and written).
• Identify maintenance problems and plan timely solutions.
• In-depth understanding of physical plant maintenance requirements.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of state and federal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate the maintenance program and services.
• Direct or perform plumbing, painting, carpentry, mechanical, heating, cooling, water systems, and minor electrical work.
• Supervise service contracts or outside contractor work and manage grounds, parking lots, and security.
• Maintain grounds, vehicles, and facility equipment; ensure safety standards.
• Coordinate annual fire safety inspections and trainings; ensure regulatory compliance and proper equipment records.
• Develops maintenance logs and ensures timely repairs and cost control.
