Langdon Hall Of Bradenton is seeking a Director of Maintenance for Assisted Living to oversee daily facility operations, lead maintenance staff, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role reports to the Executive Director and requires coordinating with multiple departments to deliver high-quality resident services.

The candidate must know ALF standards, be capable of managing schedules, inspections, and vendor relations in a Florida-based setting.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards related to maintenance and facility operations.

As the Director of Maintenance for Assisted Living at Langdon Hall of Bradenton, you will play a critical role in ensuring the daily operations of our facility run smoothly and efficiently. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will oversee all maintenance and repair activities, manage maintenance staff, and coordinate with various departments to ensure the highest level of service to our residents.
