Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Lead maintenance staff including scheduling, training, and evaluations.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, dietary, and activities for smooth operations.
• Develop procedures to meet facility standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and manage vendors/contractors.
• Ensure compliance with maintenance-related regulations.
