Job summary

As the Director of Maintenance for Assisted Living at Langdon Hall of Bradenton, you will play a critical role in ensuring the daily operations of our facility run smoothly and efficiently. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will oversee all maintenance and repair activities, manage maintenance staff, and coordinate with various departments to ensure the highest level of service to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all maintenance and repair activities, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry

• Manage a team of maintenance staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
