Qualifications
- 15+ years aviation maintenance experience, incl. 5+ years in management.
- Experience in Part 135 or Part 121 operations with 10+ passengers.
- Proven ability to implement scalable processes and technology.
Responsibilities
- Lead with intention and develop team members across a growing fleet.
- Design and standardize compliance-driven maintenance processes.
- Implement and optimize maintenance systems and workflows.
- Oversee airworthiness, regulatory compliance, and audits.
- Manage maintenance tracking (CAMP, CMP) and ensure on-time maintenance.
- Conduct vendor audits and manage safety and drug/alcohol program compliance.
- Drive cost management, data visibility, and continuous improvement.
