Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, electric, or carpentry, and general maintenance knowledge.
• Prior supervisory experience in a Healthcare maintenance setting. SNF experience preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong work ethic, intense drive, and initiative for quality service.
• Solid computer skills, including working knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to multi-task, stay on task, and maintain focus in stressful situations.
• Evidence of solid leadership and supervision skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all maintenance department operations and personnel, ensuring the facility is safe, well-maintained, and equipped to provide exceptional care to our residents.
• Regularly inspect the facility to ensure compliance with State/Federal and OSHA standards, as well as to identify and address any maintenance needs.
• Supervise and assign maintenance staff responsibilities and schedules, ensuring timely completion of all tasks and repairs.
• Coordinate department operations, budgets, and expenditures, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Ensure all maintenance work is completed in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide oversight of maintenance/repairs and ensure contracted services are completed in a timely fashion.
• Maintain records of all repairs, preventative maintenance, warranties, and inspections, providing accurate and timely information to management and other stakeholders.
