Tali Healthcare Management is seeking a full-time Maintenance Director for a skilled nursing facility to lead facilities operations, safety, and a team of maintenance staff.

You will manage budgets, vendors, and ensure readiness for life safety surveys while performing hands-on tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience in Long Term Care is a plus.

We are looking to hire a full time maintenance director for our skilled nursing facility.

The Ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

• Professional attitude and appearance,
• Knowledge of hand tools, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, fire systems, hvac,
• Will be a hands on Manager
• Ability to manage staff, budget and vendors
• Experience in the Long Term Care setting is a plus
• Experience with DPH survey, Life Safety, emergency management.
