Qualifications

• Strong understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
