Kali Hotel & Rooftop, Autograph Collection in the Los Angeles area (Inglewood) is seeking a Director of Operations to lead hotel-wide performance across Rooms, F&B, Culinary and Security, and to partner with the General Manager on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in a luxury, full-service hotel environment.
• Experience leading multiple hotel operating disciplines (Rooms, F&B) and cross-functional teams.
• Strong financial acumen with forecasting, budgeting, labor management and profitability focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and day-to-day operational leadership across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Culinary and Security.
• Partner with General Manager and Executive Committee to set priorities, service standards and financial objectives.
• Lead a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement across departments.
• Ensure elevated, personalized guest experiences aligned with brand standards and hotel positioning.
• Oversee labor planning, staffing levels and productivity to meet occupancy and demand.
• Drive profitability, operating efficiency and guest satisfaction through data-informed decisions.
